Allstate Insurance Company today announced the appointment of Laura Clark, 42 to assistant vice president of Finance for Allstate Workplace Division (AWD) based in Jacksonville, Fla.

Clark was previously finance director and chief accounting officer for AWD. In this newly created position, Clark will be responsible for financial reporting, internal controls, distribution support and leading AWD's sales for the Allstate captive agent distribution channel. Clark holds a bachelors degree from Saint John Fisher College and a master's degree from University of Illinois at Chicago. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
