Allstate Insurance Company recently announced the appointment of Gregory Guidos, 47, to assistant field vice president for the company's Capital Region, which includes the states Virginia, W. Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland and Delaware.
Guidos was previously an assistant vice president of finance for the workplace division within Allstate Financial. In his new role, Guidos will have primary accountability for several states within the region with a focus on leading the sales growth effort, product development and implementation, improving customer experience and strengthening profitability. He will also sit on the Allstate Foundation board and oversee the region's legislative action committee activities. Guidos holds a B.A. degree from Michigan Technological University and an M.B.A. degree from the DeVry University.
