Allstate Insurance Company today announced the appointment of Kathleen Swain, 47 to vice president of auditing based in Northbrook, Ill. Swain succeeds David Kintz, who is retiring after serving seven years with Allstate.
Swain was previously assistant vice president for Enterprise Applications. In her new role Swain will provide Allstate's board of directors and senior management assurance that the corporation's policies are implemented, and its assets are safeguarded.
Swain holds her bachelor's degree from Marquette University and her master's degree from Loyola University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
