We have just received today's ruling issued by the Florida First District Court of Appeal and are in the process of reviewing the Court's opinion. Since the court's ruling is not yet final, we believe the stay is still in effect and continue to write new business.

We are very disappointed in today's ruling and disagree with the Court's opinion. We continue to work with the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation and have produced more than 400,000 pages to date in response to their subpoenas.
