Allstate - You're in good hands

President George W. Bush has announced that Catherine S. Brune, senior vice president and CIO of the Allstate Insurance Company will participate as a member of a presidential delegation to the U.S. in the Northern Ireland Investment Conference to be held in Belfast May 7-9, 2008.

The delegation will be led by Paula Dobriansky, special envoy to Northern Ireland. Other members of the delegation will include Michael Bloomberg, mayor of the City of New York; Robert Tuttle, U.S. Ambassador to the United Kingdom; Thomas Foley, U.S. Ambassador to Ireland; and David Scott, president and CEO, 3PAR Inc. Members of the delegation will represent President Bush in attendance at the investment conference in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

"It is an honor to serve as a member of the presidential delegation," Brune said. "Northern Ireland has been working diligently over the years to develop its industry sectors and it is important to highlight these opportunities to business leaders around the world."

The U.S. - Northern Ireland Investment Conference will be held in conjunction with the first anniversary of Northern Ireland's new administration. Northern Ireland's First Minister and Deputy First Minister will welcome top business leaders from North America to showcase the economic transformation that has taken place in Northern Ireland.
