Updated: Location For Allstate's Mobile Response Unit Moving to Davis Center in Santa Barbara Tomorrow

Allstate Insurance Company announced that starting tomorrow, its Mobile Response Unit will move to the Davis Center in downtown Santa Barbara to continue assisting policyholders affected by the wildfires. The unit is a specially outfitted motor home that provides a place for policyholders to meet with catastrophe personnel to begin the claim handling process.

"Our hearts go out to the residents impacted by this devastating catastrophe," said Robert H. Barge III., Allstate field vice president for California. "Allstate's goal is to place our Mobile Response Unit where we can reach out to impacted policyholders so we can assist with their emergency needs. It is equipped with up-to-date technology like satellite connectivity to enable us to take claim reports and access policy and claim information. That enables Allstate to service many of our policyholders on-site."

Starting tomorrow morning, the Allstate Mobile Response Unit will be located at the joint Santa Barbara City-County recovery resources site at the Davis Center:

Regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Weekend hours of operation are Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
